Bump!

To get below 60 kg. I'm jumping between 61-64 for three months and it drives me crazy. And it's my fault because I didn't stick to my route and didn't watch my portions. I'm determined now to get below 60, I have 1,4 kg to go!

What's helping me is realisation that the longer I'm "off the wagon" the longer it'll take to reach my goal. Seems obvious I know. But even on bad days I know that ultimately I want to achieve my goal and when I'm messing up I'm just making process longer. Some time ago I had "all or nothing " mentality but it's really not…

When your family after not seeing you for few months is asking about your weightloss... And completely ignores what you say. I'm surely not eating any carbs? No, I am, everyday! So you don't eat after 6 pm? I do!!! Ooooh so you lost all your weight because you're young. Wtf??!! When I try to explain basic cico they blank…

I'm doing elliptical and treadmill few times a week as my only excersise (I'm quite sedentary) and I'm losing weight just fine. I'm planning to include strength training once I lose 4 more pounds. Cardio on machines is not a waste of time, don't worry!

Mine is open  I'm a veggie with occasional fish

Ive been away for all week visiting family in another country. I managed to weight and log everything, get as many steps daily as I could and I lost 1 kg! I got funny looks from my mum because I was using kitchen scale all the time but I don't care to be honest. Tomorrow we have family gathering and bbq, so fingers crossed…

I went vegetarian after watching documentaries. Actually I'm pescetarian now and not eating diary. If you feel like it - go for it. For me it was one of best decisions in my life. I'm planning to stop eating fish too in some time. There is plenty of info online, but it's true most of it is biased and manipulative on…

I got back on the wagon. I fell off for few weeks (had amazing holiday in meanwhile) and gained 8 pounds  I lost my over 200 days streak here and was feeling very down and defeated. But yesterday I pulled myself together, logged everything and did 1 h workout! Today scale showed 2 pounds less than yesterday, what…

Leg injury which means I can't work out or even walk too much. My daily burn is not much higher than my bmr :( It makes it super difficult to stay on track and I have to be ok with fact that I won't lose much this month, if I lose any weight at all

Hi guys, I'd like to join in here :) Past 1,5 month wasn't good. I started new job which I'm hating (I'm quitting next week) and it's causing me lot of stress. Also my OH is away very often, for work. All that is causing me binging and I barely made any progress since beginning of June. At the beginning of July I promised…

Same story here. When I was at my heaviest (77kg) I knew I was big, or how I preferred to call myself - chubby. I thought that when I reach below 65 I'll look ok and feel great about myself. Well, I'm at 61 now, I still have 6 kg to go and I feel really fat. It's not like I don't see change - I see I'm smaller but I think…

I want to get to 60 kg before my holidays. I'm at 62 now and I've been stuck for a month because of binges :( I decided to start working out again for stress relief and not seek comfort in food!

I'm eating mostly plant based diet with (very) occasional bit of cheese and sometimes salmon. Usually I'm between 1200-1500 kcal, depending how much I move during the day ;) Feel free to add me!

I cook rice in similar way to your girlfriend. What I do is I open recipe builder. Then I weight all my ingredients (dry rice, bit of butter and vegetable broth). Then I cook it (first I fry rice in butter for few minutes until it becomes translucent, then I add broth and a bit of turmeric and I leave it to cook). When…

Oh and about raw vegans- most of they say is bollocks. Especially what banana girl is saying. Idea of eating 3000-4000 calories for average woman and losing weight is ridiculous, doesn't matter if they're mostly coming from raw fruits and veggies. If you do research online you'll find many, many people who gained a lot of…

When I turned vegetarian I gained weight because I followed woo advice that as long as you eat plant based healthy foods you won't gain weight. You will - if you're eating in caloric surplus. It doesn't matter what you eat as long as you're in deficit. You can eat chips, chocolate, sweets and anything that is considered…

I can totally relate. I lost 14 kg so far coming from 77 kg. At the beginning loss was nice and steady, I could clearly see correlation between how good I was during the week and my weight ins on sundays. But the lower my weight is, the fluctuations are bigger. At the beginning my weight was moving max 0,5 kg, even at TOM.…

I just mix everything evening before and it's done it the morning ;) my favourite mix is almond milk, oats, banana and other fruits, honey and nuts or peanut butter. It's soooo good. What's important is to use plant milk instead of cow milk so it won't get sour from fruits. And I don't think it'd work with steel cut oats,…

Almond milk, banana + berries, nuts or peanut butter Recently I fell in love with overnight oats, they're so much better than cooked one!
