Congratulations & good luck. Nothing much to say, really.

I had knee pain when I was doing jump rope when I was much heavier. It stuck with me for months.

130lbs today. Trying to bring this down to 110lbs by New Year. Seems doable. 2lbs per week.
-
133lbs right now. Aiming 110lbs. Really difficult.
-
Wow. You look like 2 completely different people.
-
I don't think I am fat or heavy, but I want to get the last few pounds out. I want to control the contour.
-
You look awesome.
-
I just want to get to 59.0kg in 2 days at the latest.
-
Good luck. Once you find a working method making progress, weight loss is simple. You will reach your goal eventually.

I wish I had a superpower to remove fat on my own will. Seriously stuck on a clingy plateau.
-
I have lost about 46 lbs. Still plan to lose 23 extra lbs. It is so hard though. My weight loss has been stalled for over a month. Then, my weight went up today actually.
-
When people say that weight loss is "easy" once you know how, they actually mean "simple", not "easy" per ce.

I have 23lbs to go as well, but I've been stuck on a plateau.
-
I am trying to lose 23 lbs as well. I suppose I will take this over about 3 months. So boring & long.

Protein, particularly protein shakes, helps you feel full.
-
Exercises tend to bring up appetite.
-
I was feeling hungry too. I made protein shakes with water & drank up. Protein boosts up metabolism & helps you fill full. Protein shakes are very high in protein compared to the calories.

If you are not going to cut down on calorie intake beneath the normal maintenance level, you want cardio.
-
Do a rigorous reverse dieting after you are done with weight loss. Otherwise, you gain the weight back.
-
For me, it is mostly about the boredom. Boredom makes it harder to stick to your diet plan.
-
I am considering joining the Navy too. I like the idea of going away in a ship for a couple months.
-
Unless you going to cut them off, you are going to have to repeat "I am doing fine; I am losing on weight on average; these are all calculated".
-
Yeah, it can be a bother. I've told everyone though.

Whether he is "exactly" 3.5% body fat or not is really irrelevant. Even if inaccurately measured, his body fat should still be very low. Now, I wouldn't know if it was inaccurately measured or not. What I am saying is that his body fat percentage would be still low anyway. How big could the discrepancy be? More than 3%?

I find that keep chatting online helps to keep my boredom off & stick to my diet plan.

I used to be extremely thin too. Until grade 5. Then I started having extra snacks late evenings. Then I started to gain weights. Today? I am not extremely thin. I want to get back to that weight.
-
28. I am trying to be 110lbs as well. 133lbs right now. Already lost 23kg.
-
I find that keep chatting about weight loss helps to keep myself sticking to the diet program.

See the ideal lower bound weight for a height to weight chart. Aim for that.
