I eat 3 meals a day plus a snack in between each and the protein I drink before bed. Keep feeding the fire. My settings are 50% carbs, 20% fat, and 30% protein and I'm always within a couple points of those numbers without trying.

I am a guy that would also like to lose 50+ pounds and I found a way that works well for me. Obviously some form of exercise is mandatory. What next you might ask? You can only eat foods that contain one ingredient. You don't even have to limit yourself on calories either. No processed food! I am using the "lose .5 pounds…
