Thanks everyone. My boyfriend works during the day so he has the car so I don't have a way to the park. That's what I was originally doing when he worked overnights. As for the no noise time, there is one, but the people beneath me are very old and complain so much the apartment manager just asks us to kinda comply.

I have a lot of trouble even eating 1200 a day. I'm not sure I could get an extra 200 in there. I am very run down feeling a lot of times because of working overnights. I don't get my full 8 hours because my baby wakes up in the mornings.

Right now my weight fluctuates between 155lbs-160lbs. According to the BMI calculator (which I know isn't 100%), I'm in the overweight category. So I'm not sure if im at a healthy weight. To be honest, I end up eating less than 1200 as it is on most days because I'm either not hungry or I don't have time. I work overnights…

Really? I thought you had to have a deficit. Like 2,000 and eating 1200 is around 800. And of course when I exercise and burn more, I eat some more.

My Fitbit shows I burn 2,000 a day. That's without even exercising though, so with working out its usually around 2,300-2,500.

50 -60 minutes daily? Wow, go you! Now that you mention it and I really think about it, I have been slacking on my water. I usually drink at least 1 gallon a day but the past few days I've been maybe getting 1/2 a gallon.

Your BMR is: 1431 Calories/Day Your TDEE is: 2560 Calories/Day That's what I got when I did TDEE...so does that mean I burn that many a day or I can eat that many a day?

This will probably sound VERY stupid but I'm new to this so bare with me! Eating back the calories you burn...I thought that was like defeating the purpose. You're supposed to burn more calories than you lose, right? So how can I do that if I'm just eating whatever I burn?
