I was having a similar problem so i gave myself a harx cut off of 6 pm for food of any type. Just water after 6. This works for me because I work from home. If i were still going into the office it would probably be 8pm. It has turned into a form of interment fasting. Cause now i only drink water till noon. So i have a 6…

Metformin works to keep your blood sugar low, i actually wish i had some, it has alot othe benefits, if i was on it it id ond of the few drugs I would continue to use as i was on keto. Thats just me though.

I am OMAD keto, for 6 weeks now, I through in a 48 hour fast from time to time to shock the system my goal is a 72 hr fast in the month of July. Today i started taking B complex with B12 and CoQ10. To get me ready for that 72 hr fast.

For me once I sm Keto adapted, 2 weeks of blood ketones above .5, fasting becomes super easy. Its like your body is already using fat for fuel, so when your not eating it switches to your internal fat with very little switch.

Today i completed a 50 hr fast. I also have gotten 50 push-ups in every day 4 days straight i think it time to up it to 70. I need to get the dancing in.

July Goals! 1. Dance everyday 2. Walk/bike everyday. 3. 100 push ups per day (@ 40 now) 4. Get more blood ketone strips. 5. Complete a 72 hour water/tea fast.
