Yep defo you've got to do this for life and giving up foods you enjoy is the wrong way to do it. It's about balance and like you say when you fancy something just work it in your calories for the day x

Yes defo enjoy yourself I go away for 5 days soon and I'm not counting a single calorie only once a year in my case anyway so enjoy and get back on it when you get home x

Yes I went from size 20 in September last year and now can fit a size 10. Hard work and believing in yourself is the key x

If you don't do it often then don't count that's what I do. I see it as a treat and enjoy myself but if it's a regular thing then maybe ask for the recipe and you can work it out yourself then when you get home x

I went from a size 20 to size 10/12 and managed to get away with wearing clothes a size to big but had to buy new ones once I've lost 2 dress sizes. Went through no end of clothes but never spent a lot on them as if your planning on losing more it's pointless x
