Like Stephannie, I've done cheesesteaks etc too, I just skip the bun. Cook some meat, and I share it with the family, my fiance cooks rice for himself. Sausages, steaks, eggs and bacon for dinner. OMG, I love coconut everything. I kept meaning to attempt some low-carb coconut pops this summer, but never got around to it :neutral: I like the addition of cream cheese in this, I'll have to try it out, without the cherries. :)

I usually don't drink beer, high in carbs. If I want a drink, I will make a cocktail with either gin, rum, tequila, vodka or whiskey, as these liquors are low in carbs, then just watch the mixers for sugar! :)
