ive lost 9.5 kilos in 40 days having that as lunch with a egg craked in before i microwave it, normal meal evening..fish and chips.. pizza etc.. good luck mate

get some mama noodles. 240 cals...stick some veg in if you want, great filling meal..

3 minute mama noodles with a hand full of mixed veg, crack an egg in the middle . micro wave for 3 minutes.Great quick easy meal. 320 cals approx.Lost 5 kilos over last 3 weeks having that for lunch and main meal in evening.good luck

i a big Guy, 106 kilo now 102! .i work 12 hour shifts and and often feel the same. For a speedy fix Get Some mama brand noodles(green curry flavour are good and tom yom soup flavour) hand full of mixed veg/mushrooms. pour half pint of boilng waer in bowl. wait for noodles to soften a little. crack a raw egg in the middle.…

The question wasnt about protein intake as i understand,It was to look at her food diary and make suggestions. As the main statement was to start a running program,Hence my answer.:)

Then maybe wait a week or two till after you have done said intended running and check your stats then :)

Maybe cut out the Six Star Pro Nutrition Whey Protein Elite Series Triple Chocolate - Protein Powder, 1 scoop .? Drink water instead,A veteran runner friend of mine who is sat along side me says there is no need for the protien shakes :)
