Yea! Alright that's exactly what I was questioning! Thank you. I was just concerned because basically everything I need for my carbs, and protein have fat... all my meats being saturated and everything else being mono and poly. When I saw my fats as negatives on the nutrition table I got confused. Appreciate it!

Sorry wasn't super clear my understanding was 7 of the 34 "could" be saturated. I'll just do more research however I got the answer I needed. Thanks man.

Sweet didn't realise that was an option. Well I just started my diet plan and I haven't filled out todays in full I think my last full log was like 3000 calories about a week ago. Thanks man!
