Great first step! Tracking what you eat is the first step. Awareness of your choices in the moment. I started out at 226 last year after a lot of struggle I finally just made the promise to myself that no matter what I ate I would track it (as a way to own it). Since I did that I've lost about 30lbs (since May). Keep at it!
