I will deff keep that in mind. Right now if I can't complete a set I redo the entire set with a lower weight so I guess it's a backwards pyramid scheme some times

So after alot of reading and considering suggestions here is the new layout Workout A Squat 5x5 Over head press 5x5 Barbell row. 5x5 Reverse curls. 5x5 Work out B. Squat. 5x5 Incline bench. 5x5 Deadlift 5x5 Curl. 5x5 I will alternate days see how it feels and maybe modify from there

Okay guys update Not going for 240 decided 220 still want to see 15% maybe 20% I took someone's advice and researched 5x5 work outs and I'm impressed yesterday was my first day and I am week as hell I thought I would be way stronger. Unfortunately waking up earlier is not something I should do my current schedule looks like this Wake up 530 am At first job 600 am Leave work 200 pm Get to second job 245 pm Leave second job 9pm Some days go to gym 930pm Bed usually after cleaning etc. 1145pm I am currently in a deficit and the protein shakes work well…

How many sets of reps do you do? I'm assuming a challenging weightaswell?
