Flaxseeds have to be ground or you get no benefit from them. Chia can be eaten whole. I love TJ's Golden Flaxseed.I ground enough for a week. They smell so good when they are freshly ground. Already ground ones have no smell. I also buy my Chia from TJ's or Costco. They do not have to be kept in the fridge.

I make a very easy one. Don't even measure, just add to greens. White Balsamic from Trader Joe's, Dijon mustard & EVOO, pinch of salt & pepper. Just test amounts you like. I use a lot more balsamic then oil. Hope you enjoy
