Just one pound away from being at my goal weight and BMI of 23!

Well my family celebrates eid/nowruz/Persian new year. Lots of presents. Nothing bad has happened to us yet :) I have a scale victory, just one pound to go to be at goal weight.

Congratulations. Yes I have, a year ago. But my bikini top is too large now (was breastfeeding) so I cover up with a rash shirt... stops me getting sunburnt!

I personally wouldn't eat biscuits for lunch. Too processed. How about eggs, salad, sandwich

My goal is to get to 23.2 BMi. My waist is still too large for what is recommended. Only three pounds to go as well, but waist measurement is what is going to get me to my goal

March Week 2 PW: 132.7 CW: 134.9 Been sick this week and dropped breastfeeding, so not too worried about the gain. Waist measurement 85cm so still 5cm to go.

I've been sick for over a week now with a virus. Managed to get my first 20 minute walk in for ages, and went to my daughters swimming class today (I was in the pool but head not getting wet). We got free pizza today (thankfully just a limit of one). So my weight is the same as last week but that's OK. Hoping to get better…

Week: March Week 1 (monday weigh-in) PW: 134 CW: 132.7 No difference except I've gone down in medication. Glad to lose this much!

Hi my name is Sarah. I was really happy with my progress last month. This month I want to get down to 60kg. My goal is 59 kg, or whatever it takes to lose my tummy. I'm sick with a cold today but the weathers nice so hoping to go for a walk tonight.

Following. We do spaghetti with zuchinni and carrot. No cheese. Chilli con carne with capsicum and zuchinni. Salads on the side. Lots of chicken and fish recipes. Makes it healthier and cheaper

Me too! Just five pounds left to my old weight. But 6cm to lose in my stomach. Not sure why it's so big still. So I might need to lose more than five pounds maybe??

With only 5 pounds left to a BMi of 23.0, my stomach is still too big..... Ahhh.

I do a mixture of exercise. Weather depending, I like going for walks best of all. YouTube aerobics, swimming and dancing are other things I do as well
