I focus on what fruits and veggies I like, not what I should have. I’m more likely to stick to my goals if I like the food I am eating

I go cold Turkey on sugar. If I really crave, I eat a muesli bar with dried fruit in it (zero chocolate) as I think it’s a bit healthier. But limit it, definitely not a weekly thing. I do have a high salt diet though.

I usually eat 1200 to 1300 calories, but I find I lose more on 1200. Trying a low carb diet though I’m not feeling that hungry. And I feel less hungry after exercise…not sure why. So just what does the high fat low carb say?

I’m finding calories in vs calories out is working just as much as it was 10 years ago. I do think making sure you have protein in your diet is important.

Do you own your house? If so buy a treadmill instead of going to the gym. It’s easier doing at night when kids are asleep. If your renting maybe buy a skipping rope or weights, resistance band or something
