Hi first day of keto. I haven’t eaten so much dairy in a long time. I’ve been eating my parents food for two weeks and chips etc and really bad skin on myself and children, not sure why. I’m going to give oranges to my kids and back to their normal diet of persian food, but not sure what is best for skin on a keto diet.

Hi I am a serial starter. gained 5kg this year. dress size up. thankfully found some stuff in opshops. going to focus on just calorie counting. gp recommended low fat diet, didnt work for me with my busy family. hubby on keto, but i dont like that diet either. was under calories today and I ate what I wanted, yay!

all the best. im doing the Mediterranean diet too, but I do find it hard to do all of it. just stick to the med diet properly and stick to just one piece of fruit a day and you should be fine. all sorts of veggies will be ok. my husband has nafl and my gp prescribed exercise for him.

thanks. i can eat olive oil on the low fat diet I've been given. i ate processed biscuits with cheese today, which is a definite no, but I will just cut out all dairy for the rest of today, and do a bit of extra exercise. hubby went shopping and loaded the cupboard with junk (he has fatty liver). i didnt realise how much…

Hello, I am returning. I have been to my GP and she has put me on a low fat diet, with no sugars. Im not sure if I can stick to it, so I am going more for the Mediterranean diet. its because I have a strong family history of heart problems. I have 8kg to lose. I find the hardest thing is exercise.
