  • Hi! Here from Toronto - also have a long term goal of 70 lbs but hoping to celebrate the milestones along the way to keep motivated! I’ve used MFP before and it really works but need to get back on track! Sounds like we might make good buddies!
  • First step to any successful journey is loving yourself no matter what. It's hard to find motivation within yourself when you're mean to yourself so much! You can for sure get to your goal size but you have to be kind to yourself on your journey!!
  • I figured out a solution. No sweets in the house and when i really want something I have to physically drive to the frozen yogurt place. When it's minus 20 I have to really want it and when I do go I don't feel too bad, and I can only have the amount I have room for. Seems to work a bit! Otherwise organic oranges are crazy…
