What to eat when you're CRAVING sweets?
Any tips? I used to keep semi sweet chocolate chips but them it became a habit and not an in case of emergency. Sometimes I have a yogurt but sometimes it's just not enough!!

Weekend Sabatoge?
Okay so during the week my eating, and my exercise is spot on but during the weekend? It goes out the window!! I always try really hard but sometimes just can't resist the pizza and beers after a particularly long hard week at work. I've switched to drinking vodka water when/if I drink but any tips? What do you guys do?!

Tricks to sticking with it?
I can't count how many times I've downloaded and uninstalled this app. I find it so helpful but only when I actually stick to it. Any tips? I need to get healthy to be better for my life.
