Weekend Sabatoge?

Okay so during the week my eating, and my exercise is spot on but during the weekend? It goes out the window!! I always try really hard but sometimes just can't resist the pizza and beers after a particularly long hard week at work. I've switched to drinking vodka water when/if I drink but any tips? What do you guys do?!

    Bank a few (100 or so) calories each day during the week
    Work in a little extra cardio exercise on the weekends

    Plan to eat at maintenance of the weekend so you don't lose but don't gain. Only other option is to take responsibility and eat at your deficit.

    Bank some calories throughout the week.
    Try pre-logging your weekend meals and snacks.

    Fill up on veggies either before you go out for the pizza, or at the salad bar if one is available where you are having pizza and limit yourself to a slice rather than making Pizza the main or only part of the meal.

    I schedule my work outs weekly and always choose Saturday. It gives my that boost and reminder to not blow the weekend.

    I don't know OP I have the same issue. I've cut it down now to one day of the weekend, I'll eat over maintenance. The second day I eat maintenance. Since I've upped my calories during the week, I've been doing well on not going crazy on the weekends.

    Other strategies that you can try:
    Have a fast day during the week before the weekend, so you can have double calories on one of the weekend days (I've done this, it's not terrible, but hard to manage with working out).
    Reduce your calories during the week a bit, but chance being starving and going crazy on the weekend.
    Don't eat anything during the day on Friday, then just eat whatever you want on Friday night.

    I now manage my work stress via exercise rather than alcohol.

    When I drank to relieve stress, not only did I get the extra calories from the booze, but I also ate more, and slept poorly, so the next day I would also eat more and be less motivated to exercise.

    pre-plan all meals...if that gets tossed out the window due to some unexpected get-together, I use portion control.

    I could drink my meals on the weekends & skip food altogether, but we don't need to discuss that.
