Coconut curry with veggies and tofu (protein of choice). Super simple and takes less than 15 minutes to make. I use one can of coconut milk, water, curry paste, and spices. Add in veggies of your choice and you're done. Eat with rice

Lentils!!!! You can buy cooked lentils at trader joes. You should definitely try shredded organic rainbow carrots, game changer! They have to be organic though! Also hemp seeds (high in protein) or dried fruit such as cranberries or blueberries. Toss in some fresh herbs like mint or basil
