Anything I want. It's the holidays. Won't derail me.

This.

4lbs. Came back off by today when I weighed myself. Today is Thanksgiving part 2 so I expect the same tomorrow when I step on the scale.

Cherry coke zero is nectar of the gods. I keep a mini fridge filled with it. I drink it every day. I've lost over 200lbs. It saved me a crap ton of calories compared to regular coke and tastes the same to me.

I do a quick log of 5 or 6k just for fun in my diary. I don't track at all on Thanksgiving and eat whatever I want. It's one day.
-
Not tracking anything. It's one day. Gonna enjoy myself.

Dinner and snacks. I never eat breakfast, and I eat a light lunch. I find I'm even hungrier during the day if I eat early...so I put off starting to eat till lunch and then load up later in the day.
-
Thanksgiving I whatever I want in whatever quantities I want. No tracking that day.

Yep. Wife got tater tots with her sandwich. I ended up eating half of them I think I quick logged dinner as 2500 calories lol
-
I ate this last night. Thanksgiving in the form of a sandwich. It was amazing.
-
Pizza.
-
Coke zero and cherry coke zero for life.

A chest hrm isn't going to give you anywhere close to an accurate burn for lifting weights. I'd wager the 100ish is closer to reality than the 450 or 500 is for an hour lifting weights. I am lucky if I hit 450 or 500 in an hour doing steady cardio and I'm 6ft 185ish lbs.

I started at 385. I maintain between 185 and 190 now. It's a long road but it's doable and so worth it.

As long as you open the app it counts for your streak. You don't have to log anything or visit the forums...just opening the app keeps the steak going. I have a 1000+ day streak going and have plenty of days where I haven't logged any food at all.

Then don't open the thread .... simple.

Wife and I split this dinner last night. 45oz ribeye, Poutine, and a deconstructed pb and j cheesecake desert. It was amazing and worth every calorie.
-
How are you measuring your food? Weighing everything? Eating healthy means nothing if you aren't tracking calories and weighing your food
-
Ditto for me.
-
I doubt you are burning that many calories through exercise. You are also probably eating more than you think.
-
If I'm going to CF I'm not counting calories that night and eating anything I want from the menu.
-
Ate a family size bag of bugles driving from Pittsburgh to Niagara falls...no regrets. Couple boxes of goobers and peanut m&M's too. It was vacation so IDGAF.
-
I tend to eat a late breakfast if any at all...and it's usually pizza.
-
200lbs lost and coke zero is my main source of liquid on a daily basis.
-
200ish lbs overall.
-
There is nothing confusing about it. Weight fluctuates daily no matter what you do. You have to look at the long term trend to get a better idea.
-
I've lost 200lbs and drink several coke zeros a day. Never had it hurt my weight loss. It's helped curve my carbonation and caffeine craving by giving me a low/no calorie option. My health markers are the best they have ever been in my 35 years on the earth. I'm healthy in every sense of the word. You can pry it from my…

I love waffles and pancakes so I'd get one of those. None of those are evil. Live life... one meal won't derail you. You need to adjust how you look at food.
-
Live life. One meal out isn't going to derail you. You wasted money and food.

Unless you are morbidly obese the goal should not be too lose weight as quickly as possible. It should be to lose weight at a slow steady pace preserving as much muscle mass as you can. Your post is nonsense.
