From 388 to 215.. and still going. It's been quite a ride.

Working towards a goal....getting below 300
I'm a 32 year old male. 5'11 w/ high blood pressure. When I went to the doctor at the beginning of October I weighed 388lbs. This morning I did 30 minutes and felt great afterwards. I probably could have done more, but didn't want to push it. I feel accomplished and it drives me to push…

Anyone else split up their workouts during the day
Maybe it's just me, but I've found that if I split my workouts up over the course of the day I feel more inclined to actually want to do them. Recently I have been doing 20-25 minutes in the AM as soon as I get up. 20-25 minutes in the PM after I get home from work and have dinner. The results have been there so far, but…
