Feels good to have improvment in working out...

I've only been working out steadily for about a month now. When I started doing 5 minutes on my exercise bike was a struggle. I was dead to the world after it. This morning I did 30 minutes and felt great afterwards. I probably could have done more, but didn't want to push it. I feel accomplished and it drives me to push forward more and more.
I started at 5-10 minutes twice a day, and was doing 25 minutes twice a day up until yesterday, think starting today will be 30 minutes twice a day.
