I eat an ice cream sandwich every night at 9pm. It fits my calorie goal as I leave room for it. I've lost 200lbs having one of those evetunight for years. The deficit is all that matters not when you eat your food.

It can take 5 days or so for me to normalize after having a day or two of heavier eating than normal especially if I eat foods with lots of sodium. Don't freak out.

I drink alot of Coke zero and cherry Coke zero. It's my main source of hydration. I've lost over 200lbs and kept it off. The calories I cut out going from regular pop to come zero played a huge role in my weight loss cause I probably esily cut out 600 calories a day.

6lbs in two weeks is not healthy unless you are really obese and even then it's pushing it. Adjust your expectations.

Cherry Coke zero for life. I Drink several cans a day and have for a few years now. Lost and kept off over 200lbs. Switching from regular pop to come zero has contributed alot to cutting calories and losing weight.

I don't use premium and am on here a ton and my total MB usgae last month for this app was 289mb. On Pace for about the same this month. That is cellular data only.

This. I get up at 5am not 3 but the same applies to me. Get it done before work. I'd get up earlier if I had to.

It makes no difference. Do what works bes for yout. I always feel better working out early AM. I never feel like working out after work. Fir others it's the opposite. Depends on the person.

If your weight has stayed the same like you stated then you are eating at maintenance. Measure everything.

I commit to eating at fish fries every Friday. It's the reason I love lent. I give up nothing and eat fried fish sandwiches and fries every Friday for several weeks lol

That plan is awful. You are hurting yourself more than you are helping.

Weigh your food. All of it. You don't gain weight eating too few calories. You are eating more than you think. Time to be honest with yourself.

I'm think I'm like 1150 days logged. 200lbs+ lost. It's a marathon not a Sprint. The payoff is worth it. Keep at it.

Cut off a limb.

Logged everything I ate. Became more active. Didn't restrict any foods I liked. Switched to coke zero from regular coke. It's not difficult it just takes discipline and the want to do it.

2,3,4 are all things that I don't do. Great it works for him though. I eat after 7, I snack sensibly, and I love desert.
