I know, that's why this is a long challenge.. With a good routine though it can be speeded up though.

It is not impossible to build muscle and lose fat simultaneously at all.. Good timed cardio, low carb high protein regular meals along with heavy weights! There are thousands of blokes muscled up with basically 0% body fat
