I had a blood test carried out for food intolerance it come back positive to Gluten. I would need to have a blood test for Ceoliac disease. I was tested about 14 years ago and it was negative but maybe things have changed since then.

I am around the 1400 calorie mark atm and did try 1200 calories but it seemed really low and i could not stick to it. Have you thought about increases your calories a bit, you will still lose weight. Also do you have treat days?

I usually look to see if i have a mutual friend and if i have then i usually accept them. Sometimes i think people are just friend collectors and are not very supportive so i usually decline then, esp if they do not include a message.
