Well I had a chest infection so was a wash out for me. Two weeks bed bound and not for any good reason

Just encouraged my best mate to get one and now her 65 year old mother wants one to nudge her to move about some more

The sleep observation is really interesting. To be honest it made me less concerned that I might not be sleeping enough as it showed my sleep, though less than other people, was more restorative. Information is empowering

Thanks am enjoying the process. No formal plan or regime to speak of. More a case of controlling my diet and increasing my exercise aka doing some.
