Try Truvia sugar in your diet -- you cannot get diabetes or high blood sugar with it. I use to that in my tea with a spoonful of milk.

By the way I was losing one lb every other day with paleo but when I would add carbs -- the weight loss would stop. Instead, eating grains moderately and working out a little more those days is easier to maintain for me.

I have tried paleo and it works for me most of the time-- that is because I do allow myself fruit some dairy during the week. There are days I am strictly paleo. I suggest you do paleo dieting every other day or add more protein and vegan meals to your diet including fruit and grains here and there. Today I was so hungry…

gobuck I wanted to ask you this. Since I am losing weight by eating extremely healthy and doing low intensity workout like walking uphill and some light weight training-- does it mean I am just losing water and muscle?

Hello I am Saira from New Jersey. I was 180 and am 167.6 now. I want to be toned and have strong arms and abs and be at least 10 lbs. I am 5 feet 1 inch so it would be they right weight for me.

In the past 3 weeks I have lost 11 lbs and I eat sweet potato at times for dinner. So switch and make sure there is a 3 to 4 hour gap and you will be fine. I have also limited my grains and bulked up on veggies n fruits.
