I got mine a few weeks back and love it! It definitely helps to keep me motivated. Now i need to figure out how it syncs with MFP.

I wouldn't say I derailed yesterday but more like a train wreck! Today, back to the normal monitoring of calories and nutrition and lots of activities. It's foolish to think you will win every battle but just keep in mind your long term goals. It was great to enjoy time with friends and family!!!
