I did 100Km ride yesterday with some friends. It was a blast as an experience and as a challenging ride. There was over 3500 feet of climbing so it was a bit of work for 62 miles.

Eating high fiber veggies with some butter helps me. Fats and fiber are both filling. Sometimes just eating a calcium fortified Rolaids helps to knock back excess stomach acid once in a while. That works wonders!

That has been my stratagy for two years I will still weight loss if I pack down a bunch of cheese, aside of a zillion calories lots of sodium Moderate fat, protein, with fiber rich veggie carbs is the silver bullet for fat loss for me Plus you have everything you need to slowly add muscle over time without adding fat
