Everything in proportion is my motto. I allow the clothes in my wardrobe tell me how I'm doing more than the bathroom scales as they can be demoralizing. I do stand on the bathroom scales but I listen to what my clothes say about how I'm doing more 😀

I had that multiple adding of a food yesterday, too. I've just deleted hundreds of bananas from mine!!!!!

There's currently a big problem for everyone, nothing is syncing from Fitbit. Apparently you shouldn't try to disconnect/reconnect it, we're meant to sit tight! So annoying though.
-
Mine won't transfer any of my steps from Fitbit at all since Monday. It's a nightmare.
-
I find my clothes tell me a truer story about how I'm doing. Standing on my scales can be demoralizing if I do it too often due to the fluctuations
-
Just take it a day at a time. Everything in proportion
-
That's a successful day 1 over for me, it's good to be back in the zone

I know exactly how you feel. I successfully lost using MFP, however, the pounds have crept back on. My clothes are snug again and I'm determined not to have to replace my clothes with bigger ones after my previous success. I need to get back into the zone but keep failing

I allow my clothes to tell me how I'm doing. I find that by standing on the scales in the bathroom can be somewhat demoralizing
-
My goal is to fit back into all the clothes in my wardrobe comfortably.
-
It becomes a lifestyle even once you reach your goal

Any of you guys from the UK?

Thanks. Here's to the positive me..... proportion is the key
-
I like to let my clothes tell me how I'm doing a lot of the time. They often tell me better than the bathroom scales.
-
The bathroom scales can become an enemy when you weigh yourself too often as if you're like me you become paranoid. The kitchen scales, however, are now my best friend.
-
I nearly did fall down, just trying to get back into the right frame of mind.
-
Thanks everyone. My weight seems to go from 7st10lb upto 7at 13lb or 8st. My new high was my goal to reach previously

I think I've worked mine out. I think my problem was because I've reduced my calorie intake to lose a few more pounds, it wouldn't deduct calories from my allowance so I didn't eat too little calories over the day. As soon as I'd done enough steps to add calories the adjustments started to work.
-
Ah thank you, that sounds possible. Let's see what happens today when I'll do more walking and it should add to my calorie allowance. I have just reduced my calorie allowance this week to try and lose a few pounds. I'll let you know
-
I've noticed that. It can be demoralising to see it in red. I tend to go off MFP.
-
My steps seem to have started going over to MFP from fitbit which is the most important thing for me, so I can see my calorie adjustment, I'm not as bothered seeing it the other way as it can get depressing seeing fitbit tell me I'm over budget when I know I'm not.
-
it says it's fixed, mine now seems to be getting the information on MFP which is the most important thing as it calculates my calorie allowance, but still isn't showing on fitbit
-
usually these days I just leave it and it eventually goes back to working, really annoying still
-
Mine has stopped syncing
-
Where in Manchester?
-
My fitbit seems to think I've eaten over 5000 calories today! I've logged everything the same as normal to mfp. I don't pay too much attention to the fitbit but for how many alleged ca loris I'd eaten but it did give me a shock!
-
Any of you UK guys on fitbit too so we can motivate each other with challenges?
