Oh my goodness. I have no extra exercise to add. But I can tell u this.....I don't even sleep right without exercise. Right now I think my first day off is going to be Saturday. That would be that I worked 20 days in a row. I do nothing but eat sleep and work.

Good Evening..... I did the Kettle Ball Roadblock today and I really realized that I am not that coordinated :( but I did it. I was short on the marathon miles due to my illness yesterday. :( But I did get over 60 mins of exercise in today so that was pretty good and added 4 miles to the marathon. Good luck this week…

Morning Everyone. So I tried to boost our team minutes so yesterday I did 82 minutes on the treadmill and then between working in the yard and walking at the mall I got 42 more minutes per my Fit Bit. :) I had a total of 25,795 steps yesterday. I am making mini goals......so I am going to see my in laws the weekend of 4/16 so I want to be lighter than and then the weekend of 4/22 I will be seeing my mom and would like to be lighter than. Favorite food...... anything sweet especially cake and cookies. Since doing this challenge I allow myself something once a week so I do not feel like I am missing out. I always include the calories in my journalling. I however prefer that the cake or cookies is something I made myself. I make a low fat toll house cookie…

Morning Team Wildflowers.....I just updated the spreadsheet to include color :) We have a much smaller team than some of the other teams so I guess that means we have to work EXTRA hard :) I myself haven't done to many of the dances but I will try this week in order to get the extra points. Hey Team Wildflowers. I felt so disconnected this past week because we were on vacation BUT the good news is we were skiing so I had alot of physical activity and I also ate eggs everyday and took fish oil :) So I am still hoping for a weight loss this week because of all my activities. My favorite egg recipe is frying 2 eggs hard in a skillet and serving it with avocado and a Roma tomato. I eat eggs pretty much everyday. Deviled eggs are fun in the summer as well. I mix the yoke with mayo and relish.

Thursday purple cabbage and I just made homemade Sheppard's pie for St Patrick's day. :) I just got a new pair of running shoes today. I suggest going to a running store even if you only walk because they can fit you into the perfect shoes based on how u walk or jog or run.

Hey Wildflowers......I have some bad news. I was up really early today to travel to a meeting for work pretty much sat all day long then had to attend a work dinner and only got home at 830pm. So I didn't exercise or get many steps in at all today. :neutral: Tomorrow should be better.

All I must be loosing my mind. I didn't just have red pepper I had green as well. So Monday was a red apple today was red and green pepper.
