  • CHALLENGE #2: “RANDONNEE ON REUNION!” (5 km outside) Since the sun is shining myself and a friend went for a walk outside your complete this challenge. I enjoy to walk outside to get fresh air, relieve stress and catch up with a good friend. Even though it doesn't count, for the record I completed 4 challenges this week.

  • CHALLENGE #2: “THE SYDNEY BRIDGE CLIMB” (1332 Combined Steps Up and Down) Two of my favorite challenges are counting steps and walking miles. So for challenge 2 I completed the step challenge by walking the steps at work and in my house. The satisfaction of tracking them is fun to me.

  • CHALLENGE #1: I chose to do the “FROSTBITE FOOTRACE OR IDITAROD?” challenge. I complete the frost items footrace by walking Outside everyday during my lunch hour. It helps me to get away from the stress and regroup. Plus I love the cold weather we are having right now. I find it refreshing.

  • Challenge #3 Complete I decided I was just going to eat normal and see how many green veggies I would eat without trying. Well I successfully finished today. Brussel sproats, lettuce, brocilli, soy beans, sugar snap peas, green pepper and avocado.

  • Challenge 3 I made beef and noodles recipe that my family loves. Filet mignon bites simmer in beef broth with thyme and bay leave and then u add corn starch to thicken it up and add peas. We eat it with Kluski noodles. So yum.

  • Challenge #3 On Monday I went way overboard with candy so I decided to give it up for the remainder of the week and I have to say I was successful. Tuesday thru Saturday and more than likely today as well. It was those darn chocolate peanut butter eggs and Cadbury eggs.

  • Challenge #1 I completed the 5k outside today by walking several days at work during lunch time. Really helps mentally so I am going to try to continue to walk a little everyday just as a stress relief. I know I don't get any extra points but I am working to complete the indoor miles as well by walking on the treadmill.…

  • Ok team 3....despite the fact I can't stand doing exercise videos....I DID BOTH VIDEOS THIS WEEKEND!!!!! I just updated the spreadsheet and not that it gives anymore points but I did 6 days of the water challenge...I also had a ton more exercise mins this week....Yeah...here is to a new week the same.
