  • Morning all.... Completed my 4 miles outside yesterday and updated the spreadsheet. 3/5 logged under my calories Haven't done the videos yet will this weekend. Also accomplished my goal of working out more than 30 mins..... Cheers to a good Friday and weekend.

  • Ok all my current status for this week is..... 2.50 miles outside 1 out of 5 days journalling under calories I ate way to much to journal today. Tomorrow is a fresh start.
  • All.....I am back on track this week had some major derailments last week but I back on the wagon. I did get 1/2 mile of outside walking in today and complete my food journal under my calories....here is to a much more organized week.

  • Morning all...... getting up at 430am yesterday had me sleeping at 830pm haha but by going to bed at 830pm I was awake bb 430am again....so here I am on the treadmill. Here is to another Journaling day.
  • I to am so happy about staying under calories this week considering I am starting a day late... i think I was on strike yesterday....but i was up and on the treadmill by 440am. Here is to a better day.
  • All..... Remembered to add my minutes before 9pm.... didn't move much after Wednesday life took over but I did accomplish the steps challenge and the not eating after dinner because I never do.....I juse eat to much during the day hahahahaha
  • 448 steps as of this morning....... should be done by Sunday. Happy Friday all.

  • @HASWLRS OK much better today I have over 150 steps in so far. I worked out this morning and walked at lunch but I think I ate my arm off today. Not sure why I ate so much. I am not a night time eater so that challenge will be easy for me.
  • Morning all. I pretty much am starting this week's challenge today. I totally didn't feel like exercising yesterday I guess I had a case of the Mondays. Here's to a new week starting today... I was only 3 years old in 1975.
  • I knew it was going to happen to me. I forgot to update the spreadsheet before it was taken down for Sunday with exercise minutes which were only 18 but still and I didn't add that I completed the water challenge. Oh well happy week 2.
  • Life got in the way of my fitness for the last 2 days and I was not able to put up big numbers because there was just not enough hours in the day but I am proud that I still had 30 mins or more each day. Happy Friday everyone.
