I have got a bit of a system going which helps to keep me motivated. I weighed and measured myself at the start. Then every Friday I weigh myself. this has been happening with my exercise calories today... a few minutes ago it was 106, then i looked on the community thread came back and it shot up to 1466, just flicked around again and it has gone to 121, then 1486, then 128 and finally 1453 it really is doing my head in changing all the time. good morning everyone. ITS FRIDAYYYYYYY :smiley: well as i expected no weight loss for me this week, but on the plus side no gain either :) im just off to do the ladies kickboxing class this morning and then i've got my normal kickboxing class tonight. ummm what to do this weekend to keep me occupied thats the question…

I usually average 300 for breakfast 300 for lunch 600 for dinner 200 for snack However if i am going out for a special occasion i save some either from each day or exercise calories and spend them all on the one meal

^^this^^ I eat my calorie goal and sometimes more, but because i exercise every day and I don't eat all my exercise calories it still says I have eaten under my goal. I am losing at a steady rate so I don't intend to eat them back unless I really feel the hunger.

^^^ this^^ and also dont keep moving the scale, Find a spot and stick to it, that way any weight loss from that point on will be as accurate as you can get

I have had a great day, I have managed to get loads of steps in, and i have just finished 1 hour 40 minutes of kickboxercise class it was a killer but i loved it :) Have a great day everyone and keep up the great work :)

Maybe it depends on what exercise you plan on doing? I always do dynamic stretching before my kickboxing class and my fitness class, but not before going on the treadmill.

I am totally with you on this. My calorie allowance is 1200, which is what i try to stick to. I have never believed the burn numbers MFP has given me so i just dont eat back the calories given. The only time I allow myself to eat them is if we are having a special occasion.

yes.. It is totally normal for weight to fluctuate depending on what you eat, T.O.M activity levels. I have found it best to keep logging and tracking everything to find the way my body processes it all. Over 88 days i have had a 1 stone loss, yes my weight is up and down like a yoyo but the general trend is downwards.…

Morning everyone, I've not been feeling to well the past couple of days so have not been able to get my steps in, i'm slowly getting back to it so hopefully by tomorrow i should be back on it.
