  • Drop the carbs lower is usually the best way. Fats actually help you feel satisfied for longer than carbs usually do. Without any info on your cal/macro goals it's hard to advise further.
  • I have found taking it with a large amount of water helps, but mostly your body just needs to adjust over the next few days/weeks. If this continues you may ask if your dose can be lowered so you can slowly acclimate your body to the medication
  • I'm assuming you are female. I believe that fat level is low unless you are quite small to begin with. You need~.35-.45 grams fat per lb of body weight for optimal hormone production.
  • Use the recipe builder when you make the food. Weigh finished product in oz and set servings to how many oz are in the dish. Dish out your portion and weigh it in oz. Log how many oz servings you eat.
