  • Look on the bottle and it should tell you what a serving is on grams
  • It has an antinflamitory (sp) property that can help with joint pain like arthritis.
  • You can add it any time you sweat onions for a dish to add a slight depth of flavor.
  • Your true weight will be close to ~5 lbs more than your end low weight. This is all the water and glycogen weight your healthy fueled body naturally keeps around.
  • It's good in potato chicken and tuna salad. It's good in stew, and if it's young I like it on its own.
  • Oxy causes me to hold water and also slows bowl movements to once every 2-3 days. Also when I'm not in pain I find myself more likely to eat more. It may just be me but it seems easer to eat when it dosnt hurt to get up and get it.
  • Is it possible you are the one putting out the don't be intimate with me signs? I know when I was 190 I thought my husband was ignoring me physically but as I became more confidant in my ability to change I found we were more intimate. After I hit goal I asked him about it and he said it wasn't that he didn't want me, it…
  • Drink a high salt broth if you think you are suffering from a "carb withdraw headache". Carbs help the body store water and if you drastically cut them you can get a dehydration headache even if you are drinking enough water because your body can't hold the water unless you increase the salt in your system.
  • Keep carbs under 25g for the first ~6weeks Keep protein to ~.8g per lb of lean body mass Fill the rest of your cals with fats Drink lots of fluid Make a bone broth tea Add salt to everything so you can hold the water you need to stay hydrated Make sure you are getting enough magnesium and potassium as well'
  • You have been training harder so there is prob water retention due to increased activity and need for quick muscle recovery.
  • You are quite light for your height. It is possible you are at the low end of your maintenance cals. What I mean by this is your body is conserving energy as much as it can by slowing cell turnover hair and nail growth and other non essential body functions. Most people have a range that they can maintain at. The low end…
  • Water is the way the body moves needed supplies throughout the body. If you are dehydrated you are choosing to recover slower. Drink your liquid!
  • Take a long walk before bed. Make sure you move on your off days. Stay hydrated. Be consistent and your body will adjust quickly. I find l-glutamine helps speed recovery if I truly overdo it. (Not everyone subscribes to this)
  • There are many ways to lace your shoes. I found I needed to lace the toes tight and keep the arch looser than tight again at the ankle. I tend to have a low arch or "flat footed". Also are you rolling off your little toe or your big toe? Maybe try staying on the ball of your feet the whole time? Look into lacing for foot…
  • So your lowest weight was 131.5 which means till you hit and keep at least 135 you haven't filled your glycogen storage. Instead of dieting after your vacation you should have just ate to maintain and watched. I am willing to bet you can eat the 2200 cals daily and have your period binges for 2 days and it will all even…
  • What cal target did you eat to lose weight? What was your goal or end weight? What cal target do you average now? What is your current average weight? Answer those and I'll be able to guess if you have gained your glycogen weight.
  • Recomp is long and hard to really gauge. If you don't want to lose anymore now you may want to lurk the gain weight board. They should be able to help you find your stride.
  • Are you new to lifting? If so you can run SL for quite some time before you truly stall(fail to progress after 3deload cycles) on a lift. By that time you will have a better sense of yourself and your goals, and hopefully done lots of looking into intermediate lifting programs. As for sculpting that has more to do with…
  • Unfortunately you will lose muscle along the way and need to adjust for the first ~5lbs of water/glycogen weight you lose so that #should de at least 8 lbs lower if not more depending on your body's individual muscle/fat loss ratio and how much water weight you lose at first.

  • Buy the kind you like and portion them in baggies. Store till you eat them all. You can do this for 3 or 4 kinds at a time of you get a large airtight container to store the baggies in.
  • Not all people are that way. I couldn't lose till I stopped nursing. Didn't matter how active or closely I counted cals.
  • It's because you haven't let your body gain the ~3-5 lbs of glycogen weight it needs to switch out of actively conserving energy After you let this gain happen you'll be surprised how much you can eat and maintain weight.
  • I would search groups to find a raw food group. Personally it makes no sense to me but.... Good luck
  • I would suggest you haven't found your optimum maintenance cals. There is usually a ~500 cal range that your body can adjust for. If you are at the low end your body will easily get cold your hair and nails won't grow as fast and other non essential fictions your body would normally do are reduced to conserve energy. The…
  • 4weeks post is not even long enough to be medically cleared to do more than lift your baby. Give yourself time to heal and recover without obsessing on what you think your body should look like. I suggest instead you obsess over your new baby because sooner than you know they will be grown.
  • 2 years of daily carrying around excess weight is enough time to increase bone density and have your body add muscle to carry around the added weight.
  • I chose a goal bodyfat% and daily cal intake to maintain it. I want to be 20% and maintain on 23-2500 cals a day with only 4gym days a week. This means I need to do a few bulk and cut cycles and will settle around 150-155#
  • I believe there is a diary entry for breastfeeding that adds negative cals
  • At 12 months yes they drink quite a bit but at 18 months they have other forms of nourishment and will soon be transitioning into a full solid food diet. She doesn't have to worry if her milk supply slows because of cal restriction.
