Raw food diet

Hello,
Has anyone tried raw food diet? How did it make you feel? How do you make sure you get enough protein?

    I would search groups to find a raw food group.

    Personally it makes no sense to me but....

    It doesn't make any sense to me either. Many vegetables, for instance, are more nutritious when cooked. Otherwise the body can't break down the food and utilize the nutrients.

    What is it that you need to achieve on a raw foods diet?
    The protein sources are vegan: leafy greens and other veggies, nuts, seeds, been sprouts, sprouted lentils.
