I originally applied this app 2 years ago was 172lbs, ; this time I'm seriously gonna try because the weight is unhealthy for my knees to bare and I keep having problems so 20lbs should do it........I hope, but little steps eh.

Just keep at it. I stopped for a while and but with the bar code scanner it keeps you focused and on track. So I wish you success ;)
