  • Hi. 43 next week and it is a bummer. Hormones go wacky and the weight sticks to all the wrong places. The best thing I can tell you is stick with the running. Eventually your body realizes you mean it and something clicks on in there that says "ok, let's burn some extra today". That extra will turn into lost pounds!
  • It is true. Just like your body starts to retain water if you do not drink enough your body will hold onto weight because it believes it will need those carbs/fat/calories due to lack of fuel.
  • I do add them in. I like to see them sitting there throughout the day knowing that (1) i have accomplished my goal for the day and (2) if the hunger monster shows up, I have those 600 calories in reserve.
