I'm 5'8 , and I was all into sports, football, soccer, track. I fell off after high school and yeah I'm gonna start throwing in lifting again Monday, and 190/200 my weight goal... Yes and no... I'll see how I look and if I don't like it I'll probably just drop more or just start lifting from there.

I went from 343 to currently 280, 200 is my goal so I could start lifting again. Strict diet and cardio will get you there asap

I went from 343 to currently 280, I still have 80 to lose before I start lifting again. What I've done was eat smaller portions and have a really strict diet, I do about 7 miles a day at work and at the gym I do 4 miles & 250 sit ups.
