I've done Wendler cycles a number of times. If you stall do like DopeItUp says, drop back in weight. Sometimes it will feel silly light but you should stick with the percentages. Wendler has a great program but you won't see fast results. Just stick with it. JK

"Starting Strength" gets my vote too. If you don't have a gym look up "Convict Conditioning". All about body weight workouts.
