caramel corn rice cakes with peanut butter is my fav, but the rice cakes without PB is lower in calories.

Worked out last night 45 minutes on the Elliptical machine and I plan to workout today after work another 45 on the Elliptical

I must work out today, I am just 6 pounds away from 199, while 199 is not my goal weight, it is under 200 pounds and I have not been under 200 in years.

one banana, coffee with equal and a little cream, 2 microwave scrambled eggs with a dash of 2% milk on most days

well it's the day after Thanksgiving, and I'm headed to the Y. I plan to workout 60 minutes on the Elliptical machine. Is there anybody else working out today?

Monday it's 45 Group Cycle, Tuesday 20-20-20 and Power Cut group fitness classes, Wed Cycle again, Thursday 45 Min Cycle class again, and Friday Group Strength and Muscle conditioning class, Saturday more Cycle
