I must work out today, I am just 6 pounds away from 199, while 199 is not my goal weight, it is under 200 pounds and I have not been under 200 in years.

well it's the day after Thanksgiving, and I'm headed to the Y. I plan to workout 60 minutes on the Elliptical machine. Is there anybody else working out today?

Monday it's 45 Group Cycle, Tuesday 20-20-20 and Power Cut group fitness classes, Wed Cycle again, Thursday 45 Min Cycle class again, and Friday Group Strength and Muscle conditioning class, Saturday more Cycle

Good morning ladies, I would like to join this thread, as I really need the support. Today I plan to take a 45 minute group fitness cycle class after work.
