I would like to try this ten day although I'm late signing up. Yesterday I started on my own(cardio two hours and weights) but here I am joining you folks. I need to peel off some more weight and I'm on a plateau. I will see if I can break it. Going to a big function on the 20th so this will be a motivating factor. 7/12…
