My goal is around 20% protein, currently on a good day i am around 15% (80g) but there are days when i hardly reach 40g. I love cottage cheese and eggs so probably that s a good direction.

Hi Becky, i am pharmacist. Reading the advices you got so far you have everything you need. You have to listen to your body. Exercise will help to maintain a healthy appetite, make sure you eat quality food and DRINK plenty water. It might worth to check out the advantage of kefir/water kefir. G.
