Congrats on your success-- but Isn't it more about calories in- calories out? It shouldn't matter when u consume the calories? If you want to include snacks maybe scale back on how big ur lunch/ dinner portions are?

Im 5"7 and 153.. I started MFP to lose that last 10-15 pounds i kept on after pregnancy.. GW 140. You are all so inspirational. I come here for motivation. Thx!
