I had a rough couple days as we had company. I'm hoping to get back to feeling motivated as I was last week. I never give up, but feeling tired of always starting over.

I forgot to post yesterday and that was one of my goals! Maybe I didn't pits because I really blew it last night. Had a piece of dessert after supper, and later some Halloween chocolate bars. Not Good. Today is a new day.

Ok day. Had a long hike with my husband & walked dogs. Had a bit too much for a snack tonight.

Day 4 and Friday night. Almost forgot to post. Not bad of a day. Walked to work, walked the dogs tonight, and meal plan was ok but I did have 2 Halloween gum that were loaded with sugar while I was at work. Still feeling motivated!

A good day. Walked to and from work, then did a bit of an arm and ab workout tonight. Meal plan was ok. Probably ate just a bit too much at supper, but no junk. Day 3 down.

2nd day. It was pretty good. Stuck to the meal plan, walked to work and worked out a bit tonight. Feeling good that I've made it through the first two days. Feeling more motivated than previous challenges. I think I'm just sick and tired of feeling sick and tired.

I had a good day. I stuck to the gluten & diet free. I was tempted at lunch with Subway brought in to office, but resisted and had the lunch I packed. Walked the dogs & did a bit of strength training. I haven't been able to make it past the first day in a long time so I feel good tonight.

I think another goal I will make myself in order to be more accountable is to make a post every day. I keep meaning to journal etc and then never do.

I would like to join. My main goal is to follow a gluten and dairy free diet. I did this a few years back for medical purposes but fell off the wagon. I did really like it once I became more familiar with what I could eat. The weight seemed to naturally come off but I have put it back on. I would like to lose 13 pounds.

That will be difficult! But I'm enjoying our back & forth support. I'll give it a good try. Even if I cut back that would be great for me.

Hi! I posted you a reply. Not too good at this technology stuff. I don't practice it enough. Thank you for keeping in touch with me. I feel that is something that is missing, is being able to connect with a buddy. How are you doing?

Still doing the exercise challenge. I'm always committing to exercise. My problem is the night eating. I eat healthy all day without effort and have for years. In the evening I lose it. Not binge eating, but too much. If I could get that under control I would be able to lose the 10 pounds.

I didn't want to post but know I have to be accountable. I'm up 2 pounds. Lots of visiting and eating this past week. I'm finding motivation difficult as my husband often buys junk food.

Sept 11: 132 Sept 17: 129 I feel more motivated and accountable being part of this group. I am usually good at fitting in some exercise during week and have tried Tone it Up last week. It was good and very challenging.

I would like to join as well. I think I will try Tone It Up girls for exercise as I need a change. I am trying for a 10 pound loss.

I only lost a pound, but was able to stay motivated to not gain. Usually I am up and down a lot. I liked being part of this group. Good luck to all of you. If you start another one let me know. Thanks.

I was feeling good for so long and now feel at an all time low. So much eating this week with meetings, birthdays etc. I'm tired and need a boost. Two weeks until vacation and feel like nothing will fit

Yes. I'm not where I would have liked to have been, but it has helped shift my thinking. So yeah, just bumps in the road, not the end of the world if the scale doesn't move as much as I expect it to. Still trying, I'm finding that I'm not yo yoing like I did before I started. I am aiming four a few more pounds lost before…

I'm with you. I'm not doing as well as I would have liked, but I am still trying. I couldn't run for a while due to an injury but was able to start this week. I am hoping to lose a couple pounds more.

I did not lose over Christmas but did better than usual. I think it helped being accountable to this group. Hoping to lose more steadily now that Xmas is over.
