I'am interested in buying a tracker for the treadmill/ spinning/cross trainer so basically cardio work. I live in the uk and people suggest chest straps while others trackers/watches. Will keep an eye on this post.

Uk stores Barenaked noodles or rice 125g = 8g and hardly any carbs made from some Japenese flour. Gullon biscuits no gluten or eggs only small but nice.

I'am confused has well doing on average over 11,000 steps a day then either weights/core or cardio exercise a day. 1200 cals + the steps, I don't count exercise. I can hardly eat it and often find 200-300 cals under. Sure they don't add up right. Wendy

A gym instructor showed me this app and then put on 1200 cals with 40% carbs, 30% protein and fat. Amazing how some used quickly while others hard.
