My trainer has me on a strick low carb diet so also watch that carefully. It was more a case of wishing my body would not like chocolate or the bad things so I would not be able to eat them haha. FODMAP diet is not bad can live with it.

Hi, My weight is 119lbs, height is 5ft 1in. Out in my details in the goal section and it came up with 1200 cals, have tried what they reccomend, lost weight and my stomach ain't for moving. That is why I was re adjusting to carbs fat protein. Thanks

If you live in the UK look for rice/pasta/noodles made from Konjak root (japanesse) low carbs low eveything. Barenaked or Slimrice-pasta etc

It maybe just me but I don't use salt in cooking other than what is in stock cubes etc or add to meal after cooking but things seem to be salter today. Maybe it is that my taste buds have got more sensitive but it has been years since I stopped using it.

If you live in the UK Barenaked or Slimpasta Slimrice both do noodles, noodles but slimpasta so spag penne. Cals and carbs not worth bothering about think it is 2carbs for 200g only 18 cals.

5ft 1in, was 10st 3lb, bmi 28.3. Size 16/18 Now 8st 10lb (before christmas 8st 3lb), bmi 22. Blood pressure etc is spot on so healthy. Thanks for all your support.

My 1200 is what mfp says to eat, then adds my steps which takes to approx 1400. I do not count my exercise at the gym. I have added 100 cals extra this week and will keep an eye on my weight. Slow increase it is. Thanks again for all you helpful advice. This keep fit can be a mindfield at timed. Thanks Wendy

I have always had problems with eating, quick meals, missing meals or eating rubbish reason I got so big. At the moment with steps added works out around 1400 but I'am always under average between 2-300 a day. Now I'am told to up my eating to 1900 by with steps included.
