Hello,
When completing the goal section I have put in all the info weight to loose, how active I'am. It comes up with relevant calories but has it already taken off the cals to lose weight? Or do I have to deduct them?
Thanks Wendy

It's already taken off the calories. So you eat to whatever figure MFP gave you.0

If you specified a weight loss rate (1lb per week for example) MFP will have calculated your calories to lose weight. You don't have to subtract anything.0
