How to log food that is not on the list

Hi Everyone,
Lately I have been trying to log certain items on my food diary but I can't find them. Items like sausages my butcher makes to slimming world recipe pork extra lean, turkey sausage fat free. Just has an example can anyone suggest how to not it down. Tried putting alternatives down but either to high in cals or with added ingredients like vension sausage with red wine mine are just venison.

since you know the recipe he uses just add the recipe in the recipe builder.2

As above, if you know what he's using to make the sausages just create a recipe in the recipe builder. Same goes for any food you make at home.1
