Calorie deficit, exercise cal burn't
Hello, With mfp cal deficit I have 1200 cals to eat per day. Which I can only just eat. Do I add cals burnt at the gym to that? I burn around 300 on treadmill and then I do weights, use leg machines or classes which I can't calorie count. Just I can't always eat the 1200 calories never mind adding more. Thanks Wendy

Hello, I wanted to add lean chicken breast no skin raw from the butchers onto my daily log. Simple yes, no it came with lots of different cals, carbs, fat, some even came with sodium.
